How many of you own Ranger's Alcohol Ink? Do you use it...for me Alcohol ink is like a tool, as important to me as my trimmer, scissors, and hole punch. I could NOT craft with out it. For this holiday idea i want to you look at your stash, look at what you have that can be made new again. My example uses Alison Connors Metal flower brads...I love their shape, and the fact that they are made of metal, how ever summer is over and most of my projects right now are either holiday oriented or rich autumn colors. By taking the flowers apart and flipping them over, inking them and putting them back together, they have a whole new look. You can even take some pearl brads and inked them to match the flowers to create some amazing centers. How pretty would these flowers look on top of a small present instead of a bow? or perhaps glue a magnet to the back and create a bouquet of magnets on your fridge. These flowers were made by some of my student from my Monday night class.
Oh! Now that's a great idea. I think I passed up some of those on sale cause I didn't like the colors. I'll have to look for them again.
